02. Order & Shipping

How can I place an order on PETSFLOW?

Placing an order on PETSFLOW is easy! Simply browse our website and add your desired items to the shopping cart. When you’re ready, click on the cart icon and proceed to checkout. You’ll be prompted to enter your shipping information and payment details to complete the order.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If you need to change the shipping address, please contact us immediately at [customer service email]. If your order has not been shipped yet, we’ll be able to update the address. However, if the order is already on its way, we may not be able to make changes.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, customers can place orders on petsflow.net , At the moment, we currently only ship to the United States. However, we are working on expanding our shipping options and may offer international shipping in the future. Stay tuned for updates!

How much is shipping?

Orders over $49 ship free! All other orders ship for a flat rate of $4.95.

How long does it take to get my order?

We normally ship Monday through Friday, orders placed before 16:00pm on the same day will be shipped on the same day, otherwise it will be sent out the next day. Shipped from China, due to normal transportation and customs clearance process, most customers are expected to receive the product in 9 to 14 days. In case of force majeure and logistics reasons, the company will coordinate and solve the problem as soon as possible, hope you understand, thank you!

How do I properly use a pet leash or harness?

To properly use a leash or harness, first ensure it is the correct size for your pet. The harness should fit snugly around your pet’s body, but not too tight. You should be able to fit two fingers between the harness and your pet’s body. When attaching the leash, always ensure that it is securely fastened to the harness. For walks, keep your pet’s safety and comfort in mind, and never leave the leash or harness on when unsupervised.

How do I choose the right size for a pet harness or leash?

Choosing the right size harness or leash is essential for your pet’s comfort and safety. Measure your pet’s chest girth and neck circumference to determine the appropriate size. For harnesses, ensure that the straps are adjustable to accommodate growth or weight changes.If you are not sure of the size, PETSFLOW merchandise provides a size guide, wish you find the best fit.

What materials are your pet leashes and harnesses made from?

Our pet leashes and harnesses are made from high-quality, durable materials such as nylon, polyester, and breathable mesh fabric. These materials are soft yet strong, providing comfort for your pet while ensuring long-lasting wear. We also use stainless steel hardware for added strength and security.

Can I machine wash my pet’s leash or harness?

Many products contain PVC buttons and other hard components, so it is not recommended to machine wash so as not to scratch other clothes; dark and light-colored products are recommended to separate cleaning, dark-colored products will be pre-cleaning floating color is a normal situation, you can add salt soak in cold water for about half an hour, cleaning 2-3 times will be improved.

04. Returns, exchanges and complaints

When do I receive my order?

The shipping date will be indicated when the order is placed. The same shipping time will also be indicated in the order confirmation after the order is placed. I now see the longer delivery time of (a part of) my order. How can I cancel it?

If the delivery time of an order is longer than you have previously seen (except in case of force majeure), it is of course possible to cancel (part of) the order. To do this, you can contact our customer service. The time when the purchase amount is refunded to your bank account shall prevail. If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

When will I receive the invoice for my order?
When you have paid for the order, you will not automatically receive an invoice for your order. If you wish to receive an invoice, this can be done in two ways.The first way is through your account at our store. When you log in to your account you can see your orders and download the invoice.

Can I return an item that I’ve already used?

We usually do not accept returns of used items (including but not limited to product color difference, product size, product features, etc.).However, if the item is defective or damaged, please contact our customer service team with photos and details. We may make exceptions for defective or damaged products and offer a return, exchange, or refund based on the situation.

What should I do if my complaint is not resolved?
